This was our very first LivingHome, installed in April 2006 in just eight hours. Designed by the late Ray Kappe, FAIA, the home reflects Kappe’s genius for combining traditional California Modernist elements—an open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling glass, integration of indoor and outdoor spaces—with a Craftsman-like attention to detail and warmth.
